Terms of Service
The rules for using RareTracker: accounts, acceptable use, Pro subscriptions, billing, cancellation and refunds.

By using raretracker.com ("RareTracker", "we") you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
The service
RareTracker provides trading-card set lists, card and sealed-product prices, a portfolio tracker and related tools for Pokémon, One Piece and Riftbound. Most of the service is free; some features require a paid Pro subscription (see below). Everything is provided "as is" and "as available". We may add, change or remove features at any time.
Accounts
You must give accurate information when you sign up and keep your password secure. You are responsible for activity on your account. You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.
Acceptable use
Don't misuse RareTracker. In particular, don't:
- scrape, crawl or bulk-download the site or its data beyond normal personal use, or overload our servers;
- try to access other users' accounts or data, or probe our systems for vulnerabilities without permission;
- use the site to break the law or infringe anyone's rights;
- resell or redistribute our data as your own product.
Pro subscription
- What it includes. Pro unlocks the features listed on our Pricing page, such as portfolio analytics, CSV export, price alerts and multiple portfolios.
- Price and billing. Pro costs USD 4.99 per month or USD 39 per year, plus any taxes that apply where you live. You are charged when you subscribe and then at the start of each billing period. Payments are processed by our payment provider (Stripe); we never see or store your full card details.
- Automatic renewal. Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each period until you cancel.
- Cancelling. You can cancel at any time from Portfolio → Account & plan. You keep Pro until the end of the period you have paid for, and you are not charged again. Your portfolio and data stay in your account on the Free plan.
- Refunds. Payments are non-refundable and we don't give refunds for partial periods, except where the law requires otherwise. If you were charged by mistake or something went wrong, email us within 14 days of the charge and we'll make it right.
- Price changes. If we change the Pro price, we'll tell you in advance by email and the new price applies from your next billing period. You can cancel before then.
- Feature changes. We may improve or change Pro features. If we remove a major feature you paid for, you can ask for a pro-rated refund of the remaining period.
Prices and data
Prices come from TCGplayer market data refreshed daily and are estimates only. They may be delayed, incomplete or wrong. Nothing on the site is financial advice — see our Disclaimer.
Affiliate links and third parties
Some outbound links are affiliate links. Purchases you make on TCGplayer, eBay, Amazon or any other third-party site are between you and that seller, under their terms. We are not a party to those transactions.
Intellectual property
The RareTracker name, design and original content are ours. Card names, images and trademarks belong to their respective owners and are used for informational purposes. Your portfolio data remains yours; you give us permission to store and process it to provide the service.
Termination
You can delete your account at any time from Portfolio → Account & plan (cancel an active Pro subscription first). We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RareTracker is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for losses arising from decisions made using prices or data on the site. Our total liability for any claim is limited to USD 50.
Changes
We may update these terms. Continuing to use RareTracker after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
